HONOR SS12.

This past fashion week I went to one show and one show only. This is mainly due to the fact that I work in PR now (read: not Editorial) so I no longer get the luxury of an overflowing inbox of NYFW invites. However, this one show was so strong and so breathtakingly whimsical that I felt my runway craving was filled. Honor by Giovanna Randall is quintessentially feminine, delicate and alluring.

Definitely on trend for SS12 is the use of lace and the difficult to achieve, but done perfectly here, mix of girly with hard. The first look sent the audience into a tizzy and a fit of applause- THE FIRST LOOK! The model walked onto the runway and slightly paused as several fans blew her organza sheer skirt into a beautiful billow. Absolutely stunning.
